Claus Eilskov Schwanenflügel Hansen
CEO

Claus has a solid track record in both management and the IT industry. Claus was founder of Aston Group, one of the largest and fastest growing global Microsoft solution providers until the company was sold to Tectura. Before Aston Group, Claus was COO with Merkantil Data, director of BFC Data, and director of Datura.


Lars Nordenlund Friis
Corporate Senior Vice President of Business Development and Planning Lars is MBA from Henley Management College, London and a strong senior executive with more than 20 years of global experience in IT and professional services. Through his career he has successfully developed and executed breakthrough strategies and business transformations for top tier companies in Europe and Microsoft Corporate USA where he was responsible for the Dynamics ISV business worldwide. His track record also includes partner and practice lead in PricewaterhouseCoopers and PA Consulting as well as CEO of Mondo.
Hans Henrik Thrane
Chief Financial Officer Hans Henrik is an international experienced leader and has extensive experience as leading auditor for large public owned IT- and Telecos. Hans Henrik has extensive experienced in transformation of international finance organizations from traditional finance organizations to World Class Finance organizations. Hans Henrik holds a Ms in BA and is State Authorized Public Accountant.
Henrik P. Salicath
Corporate Vice President of Sales Henrik comes with years selling Technology and Strategic IT Solutions for International SMEs, Large Enterprises and Global Organizations. Building cultural and cross country strong sales and marketing teams to secure strong customer interaction, delivery and relationship has been a key part of Henriks strong record of achievements and building a strong basis in business and customer strategic development. Henrik spent the last 7 years with Tectura of which 3+ years based in Singapore as Vice President for Sales & Marketing covering India, South East Asia and Pacific.  Henrik holds a master in Accounting and Finance, a master in Sales and Marketing and executive programs from IMD in Switzerland.
Steen Hybschmann
Corporate Vice President of Service Steen is MBA from Copenhagen Business School and a strong senior executive with more than 15 years of international experience in the delivery of advanced IT business solutions to enterprise customers. Throughout most of his career Steen has worked with SAP implementations. This includes 6 years working for SAP Consulting, where he was responsible for delivery & operations in the Nordics. In this period he successfully contributed to the transformation of Nordic Consulting to a best in class performance by driving up project management maturity as well as streamlining processes in the four Nordic countries. Steen has also been Group CIO of JAI and VP Consulting in Mondo.

Fabienne Arata
Country Manager

Fabienne received degrees in Business Administration from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce (Lille) and built an extensive experience in P&L Management and Business development working at IBM. Fabienne entered IBM as a client executive in charge of large accounts in the Travel and Transportation industry sector. She gained international experience being responsible for relationships between IBM research Labs and large travel and transportation accounts in EMEA. For 5 years Fabienne managed and developed the Human Capital Management consulting practice of IBM France. Since 2006 Fabienne was General Manager of  Anelia, the IBM France subsidiary dedicated to ERP services. Anelia was sold to Prodware and Fabienne led the transition to the new shareholder. Fabienne joined Columbus IT France in 2009

Ivo Suursoo
Country Manager, Baltic States

Ivo joined in 1997 to help a set up a fully Columbus IT company in Estonia. He has been working in IT industry since 1992 starting as a Sales Manager and ending as a CEO of local IT infrastructure solutions company. Ivo had a experience to implement a Concorde XAL solution as a Columbus IT client before joining Columbus IT in 1997. Since April 2009, Ivo has also been Country Manager of Columbus IT in Latvia.
Ivo is a Member of Court of Honour in Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Juan Carlos Lozano Rivero
Country Manager

After obtaining a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica of Catalunya and an MBA by EADA (Barcelona), Juan began his career working with IT systems. He installed and maintained hardware, networks, and management systems. From programming and consultancy to project management, Juan effectively carried out the tasks of a project manager.Since 1995, he has focused on managing various aspects of ERP systems in several companies, including the Centro de Cálculo de Sabadell (CCS) and the Aston Group Spain. Juan joined Columbus IT Spain in 2001 as manager of Project Management. He has been General Manager since 2002, and is responsible for the consolidation and growth of the company in Spain.

Jules Pieters
Country Manager Prior to joining Columbus IT, Jules was the sales and marketing director of Qurius business solutions in the Netherlands. He has more than 20 years of experience , including 10 years in senior management roles with IBM and Qurius. In his last position at IBM he was the sales director for the North Region, responsible for the emerging and competitive business. He has a proven track record in building new business and consolidating existing business in the IT Solutions and ERP industry. Jules holds a degree in commercial economics from the Hanzehoogeschool Groningen and studied business economics at Middlesex university, London.
Manoj Nair
Country Manager

Manoj has a master's degree in Applied Mathematics and over 15 years of experience in the IT business solutions industry. After 5 years of working for Scala Business Solutions in Poland, he setup his own company in year 2000 -Creative Innovation Group - one of the major Microsoft Business Solutions partner in Poland. After the merger of Creative Innovation Group with Columbus IT in 2006, Manoj became the Country Manager and is responsible for the Columbus IT Polish operations.

Mary Hunter
Country Manager

Mary graduated from university with an HND in Business and Finance and an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She has a financial background and joined Columbus at the start of 1998 as a senior consultant/project manager. Mary quickly advanced to Consultancy Team Manager and then General Manager before being made a Director in 2004 and taking responsibility for the UK operation.

Morten Sælemyr
Country Manager

Morten joined Columbus IT in 2001 and has led various Columbus offices. He started with Columbus IT Bergen, moved on to Columbus IT UK, and is now the managing director for our two offices in Columbus Norway (Oslo and Bergen).

Sergey Karpunichev
General Manager for Russia and CIS

Sergey has a master’s degree in Banking from Saint-Petersburg Institute of Economics and Finance and has over 10 years experience in IT business solutions. After 3 years of working for Saint-Petersburg Currency Stock Exchange, Sergey joined consulting firm in UK as an IT consultant and in 2001 moved to Danish company as a Cognos practice manager. Sergey joined Columbus IT in 2004 as Managing Director for Information and analytical systems practice, in 2008 Sergey became  General  Manager for Columbus IT in Russia and CIS.

Steen Hagengaard
Country Manager

Steen joined Columbus IT in 1992 as a consultant, and quickly advanced to product manager and eventually unit manager. He later became Managing Director of Columbus Consulting, an independent company within the Columbus Group. In 2003, Steen became Managing Director of Columbus IT Partner Danmark A/S. Steen has a business degree in Informatics and is currently attending a course for Chief Executives.

Thomas F. Hauge
Country Manager, US Thomas joined Columbus IT back in 1993 and soon took the leadership of the team out of Copenhagen. In 1996 he joined the international team and over the next two years helped establishing Columbus in a number of new counties and as a service provider for large international ERP projects. When Columbus opened the first office in the US I 1998, Thomas was involved from day 1 and later in 1999 as a local partner was heading up Columbus IT on the West Coast out of the Los Angeles office. Over the past years he has been in charge of all engineers and consultants in the US as COO before assuming the role as Country Manager for the US region in 2009. Thomas holds a Masters Degree in Finance and International Business (M.Sc. Finance) from the University of Aarhus, Denmark and University of Technology, Sydney Australia.



Andrea Massimo Ruosi
Country Manager

Andrea has a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico of Milan and has been an officer in the Italian Air Force. In 1993 he started working as a consultant in Management Accounting, Manufacturing and Logistics. In 1997 he founded ARconsulting, a Management and ICT Consulting company, growing the practice year by year to more than 30 employees. ARconsulting’s main focus was to offer Business Process Management services that support the implementation of Microsoft ERP solutions with a consultant’s approach. Andrea became Country Manager of Columbus IT in Italy at the beginning of 2008, when ARconsulting became Columbus IT Italia.

Deepak Ipe David
Country Manager

Deepak joined Columbus IT in May 2009, and he comes with more than 15 years of B2B experience in sales, marketing and business development and operations, as well as exposure in ERP, CRM, WMS, Web Solutions Sales & Team Management with Strategic Planning & Project Management. Besides, Deepak is proficient at handling clients across various industries such as Finance, Retail, Supply Chain Manufacturing, Project Management, Service Management, Contracting and Professional Services. Deepak is currently pursuing MBA from Indian School of Business Management; Pune India.
 
 

Manjeet Singh
Country Manager

Manjeet is a post graduate in Business Management and has over 10 years of experience in IT solutions. He has been at the helm of Middle East operations since its inception in 2005. Prior to setting up Dubai office, he managed the Microsoft and Sage business of a regional IT company, AGIS.  Manjeet is currently overseeing the Columbus operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Manjeet is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization.
