Once we have designed and built a robust solution for your organization, we will work closely with you to bring it in-house and prepare it for deployment.

Any new business technology has the possibility of disruption both in terms of existing business processes, corporate culture, and end-user training. Columbus IT has the experience and expertise to minimize and eliminate these risks. The DIAMOND methodology provides built-in fail-safes to make sure that your organization is ready and willing to work with the new system as soon as it's ready to be deployed.

First, we convert your financial, enterprise, and customer data as required to work with the new system. Data scrubbing, quality assurance, and thorough testing ensure an error-free foundation for your new way of doing business.

Second, the software, which has been designed to meet your exact requirements, is tested and tested again to make sure it's operating flawlessly.

Third, your users and power users are trained on the aspects of the new system they need to be familiar with. Not only does this increase their productivity, but you'll find that involving your employees as early as possible in learning the new system produces buy-in.
