Our process - DIAMOND

Once your solution is 'live', Columbus IT can provide you with support from our implementation department. This intensive support is designed to make sure you're on track throughout the first month of going live, where issues may first arise.

After the first month, support is handed over to our Support Desk, which will provide you with regular technical support during the life of your contract, based on your support and service agreements.

Going forward, you can rely on us for more than just technical support. If you need to train new users, our training department can set up on-site classes. And, if your business needs change, we can upgrade, modify, or include new integrations to your system.

Our commitment to you starts when you take us on, and continues long after your implementation is live. We will ensure your solution meets your needs now, and in the future. The DIAMOND methodology makes it happen.
