The latest technologies and best implementation won't work for your organization unless your employees and other stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to use the new systems. Columbus IT understands that training is a critical part of ensuring your implementation's success.

The DIAMOND methodology, unique to Columbus IT, requires training to run parallel to the Implementation Phase. Rather than design and build the system separately, and then train your staff after it's complete – which is how most IT implementations are done -- Columbus IT involves your staff, including front-line personnel, from the very beginning. We make sure their input is heard, and that they are familiar with new policies and procedures once you're ready to migrate to the new system. Your employees will feel fully engaged in the process and you'll find high support for the migration.

Because Columbus IT is a one-stop shop, you'll be able to get every type of training you need. Whether you want to train everyday users on basic procedures, or technical staff on advanced IT issues and reporting, we provide you with a range of on-site classes tailored to your needs.

To ensure advanced users retain technical knowledge, and can make the best use of your implementation, we write clear and straightforward documentation for you during the Build Phase.

Once your employee training is finished and the implementation is complete, Columbus IT is ready take it to the Live phase.
